All in all a good stay, the venue suited the needs. That hotel was pleasant, the rooms were brand-new and beds were comfortable. Local breakfasts and the food was local! Thoroughly enjoyed central heating, a multi-channel TV and a seating area in the room. The property had a comfortable and handy location to city centrum. Gastropub Home Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

It is an exelent value for the money. The room was very clean and cozy. The stuff was very friendly. The locations is great, everything was at walking distance. The parking was free and the breakfast was very tasty.We will defenetly stay at Avitar again!
I wish that the restaurant would work in the evenings. But for that money everything was just right.

Friendly and accommodating staff made the stay pleasant.
The walls are thin, causing noise disruptions throughout the night. I also noticed that the curtains offered minimal light-blocking. Unfortunately, I experienced a broken showerhead , made bathing inconvenient and impractical.

I was searching for a cheap accommodation for one night since I just needed a place to crash, most time was to be spent out, anyway. I expected the very basic service for a two-star-hotel but I got much more: clean room with facilities, nice and friendly personnel, free internet (pc at reception desk), abundant breakfast, good location (nice walk to the center of 30 minutes), good public transportation, shops and restaurants and sauna nearby - all for the price of less than 30 eur.
